Position requirements

- Experience in the development of well-structured web applications using .NET Core and ReactJS/NextJS
- Good understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Knowledge of server infrastrucure, setup and deployment process
- Have 3+ years of experience as a developer

Position requirements

- Minimum 3 year of active experience in developing hybrid mobile applications using React Native
- Architect, build, and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code
- Comfortable with using and implementing third party packages
- Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs
- Experience in deploying mobile hybrid applications (App Store and Google Play)
- Experience with App Center and its CI/CD tools

Resume Screening

Our recruitment team reviews your application, screening for the key selection criteria ensuring that there is an initial match for the position you applied for.

Initial contact

After we’ve made sure your application matches the position, you will most likely get a phone call from our recruiter. They will ask you basic questions to better understand why you applied for the position and schedule the first interview.

First Interview

Whether it’s an in-person interview or an online interview, we want to know more about what inspires you professionally, what expertise you bring, and how you would fit into the Imperea culture.

Imperea Task

To get a better feel for your skills and how you work, we ask candidates to complete a specifically tailored Imperea task. These tasks give us a better understanding of how you work, and usually represent tiny pieces of tasks that you would be doing if you are hired. A fair deadline is set for each task.

Second Interview

Congratulations, you successfully passed your task and you’ve made it to the final round. At this point, usually the Senior Partners and CEOs will also want to meet you. If you successfully pass the second interview you will be sent an offer to join us.
