Kusur is a unique mobile and desktop application that serves as a foundation for creating long-term relationships between service providers and end-users, i.e. stores and their customers. The application offers an efficient and easy way to implement and use the system of loyalty programs adapted to the different needs of each provider. By easily collecting points at checkouts, customers can exchange their balance for various discounts, coupons or awards within the application.
Challenge
As loyalty programs drive the relationships between stores and customers for many years, they have become a criteria in the service provider sector for those who want to gain a competitive advantage in the market. Our challenge was to replace the physical loyalty cards which were inconvenient both for companies and customers. On the one side, companies had to manually deal with cards issuance which was time and money consuming, while on the other customers had to carry a different card for each store associated with and had a lack of transparency in their points balance unless they were at the store checkout.
We needed to come up with an innovative solution that would enable the creation of long-term relationships and help companies gain the trust of their customers in an easy and secure way.
Solution
We developed an automated system that allows companies to easily create and manage their loyalty programs through our desktop application as well as to have a digital interaction with their customers in different physical locations, i.e. any of their stores. The app enables them to create offers, send notifications and track analytics all in one place.
By digitizing the loyalty program, we decreased the likelihood of the customer losing his card and enabled him to have an insight into his points balance at any time via his mobile phone. Through their mobile apps, customers can easily collect points, search offers, connect with their favourite stores and use their awards.
Results
The result is an efficient and user-friendly application that transforms the traditional loyalty program into a digital one. With Kusur’s integrated system, providers can enjoy flexible management of their loyalty programs and better resource management while customers now have increased transparency of their relationship with the provider which further results in increased trust and interest in the use of different services available in the market.
